How to Order

We're happy to help you with the ordering process, whether you're buying a full system or simply resupplying your disposables. We enjoy providing individual attention and personal customer service.

How to Order. To request a price quote, order an SEC system, order disposables or request other services, you can either email us or call us directly. Supplying paperwork. We are often asked about submitting a bid, or about who else an agency should go to to get counterbids, but we are the only provider of the M-Vac™ System. Therefore, we offer a Sole Source letter which you can submit with your paperwork. Just let us know if and when you need one. Additionally, we are happy to work with you on other paperwork you might require.

Making Payments. For payments, we have two main options:

Purchase Orders - Payable by check, credit card, or EFT.
Credit Cards - By phone or by invoice that can be paid online.

On-site Training. We provide training as part of the original purchase package. It is one on-site training session for up to six people in the group. We are happy to discuss providing more sessions to accommodate training more people for an additional price.

Equipment Service & Maintenance. We offer an annual (or periodic) equipment maintenance service. This is not included in the original package price. It is not a mandatory service from our end, but it may be regulated or required by your agency's quality system or regulatory body. The frequency for the service is dependent on your frequency and type of usage. Typically, you pay to ship the system to us, then we service the system and pay for the return shipping. This service can be included as a line item on your original system startup package quote.
